[EN] On March 4, we finally got in touch with the healthcare professionals and home assistants from Canton Ticino, who will participate to the experimentation of COACH BOT.
We presented the virtual platform and its main instruments and gave some suggestions about how to manage the course in the next three months.
We will keep in touch with them in the next weeks, and hope to get a lot of positive feedbacks!

[EN] On the 14th and 15th of January Ljubljana (Slo) hosted a meeting with all the partners of COACHBOT. The main point was the presentation of the e-learning platform that will be used by the healthcare professionals who will participate to the course.
It was very useful to discuss all together each part, tool and functionality of the platform, in order to make it as close and suitable as possible to the needs and skills of the target group of this project.
[EN] The new website for the COACHBOT EU project is online at http://www.coachbot.eu. It also includes an online poll for home healthcare operators.

[EN] On December 4th, at the Università della Svizzera italiana, seed held its first national dissemination seminar for the COACH BOT project. Participants were managers of important private home healthcare organizations in Ticino, including SCUDO, Pro Infirmis and the Scuola Operatori Sociali. Dr. Maria Caiata delivered a stimulating presentation on the new challenges of home healthcare services, which provided an excellent basis for the presentation of the project and of the training developed by COACH BOT. A first contact for seed to work together with these professional organizations on the training of home healtchare services operators.
[IT] Il 4 Dicembre, presso l’Università della Svizzera italiana, seed ha tenuto il primo seminario nazionale di promozione del progetto COAH BOT. Sono intervenuti i direttori di importanti organizzazioni del teorritorio, tra le quali SCUDO, Pro Infirmis e la Scuola Operatori Sociali. La Dr.ssa Maria Caiata ha fatto una stimolante presentazione sulle nuove sfide dell’assistenza domiciliare, che ha permesso di introdurre il progetto COACH BOT e la sua proposta di formazione. Per seed, un primo contatto per collaborare con queste organizzazione sui temi della formazione del personale sanitario domiciliare.

[IT] Volge al termine il primo trimestre di lavoro del progetto Giovani Artigiani, che Cometa Formazione sta portando avanti con la consuelnza di seed. Il progetto, finanziato da EBITEMP, ha l’obiettivo di sviluppare un metodo di sviluppo di soft-skills tramite le pratiche di lavoro artigianale, coinvolgendo realtà di piccole e medie imprese del tessuto economico comasco.
Cosa significa? Significa che le imprese cercano soprattutto chi sa lavorare con gli altri ed essere puntuale, anche se non sa usare tutti i macchinari d’avanguardia (cosa che imparerà direttamente sul lavoro!). E allora, lavorare in una bottega di decorazione può servire a sviluppare queste caratterstiche personali, aumentando l’employability anche di chi non andrà poi a fare il decoratore.
